黄家岚（关咏荷 饰）十多年前留下儿子，独自出国深造。现在她又回到了阔别多年的香港。机缘巧合之下，家岚进入了言氏集团下属的形广告公司任职，恰巧她的儿子陆哲（蔡淇俊 饰）也在这里担任摄影师。陆哲并不知道黄家岚就是自己的母亲，他自小由奶奶伍恒（金燕玲 饰）带大，一直十分怨恨母亲当年抛下自己不顾而去。形广告公司各式各样奇尼古怪的人俱有，同事们演绎了一出十分多姿多彩的生活剧。
